Commercial thinking before aesthetics
We start from how the business makes money, not from a mood board.
A HOUSEWITH A NAME.
BUILT SLOWLY.BUILT TO LAST.
Not a vendor. A brand house.
A business can become more capable, more valuable and more ambitious while its brand stays frozen in an earlier version of itself. We exist to close that distance.

Point of view
The strongest brands do not win because every touchpoint is spectacular. They win because every touchpoint tells the same truth, with the same level of confidence.

Not a vendor. A brand house.
Luai AlZkaria — Founder & Strategy Lead
Luai works at the intersection of brand, ecommerce, digital products, marketing systems and education.
His work has included building and operating online businesses, developing multilingual digital systems, and creating marketing and educational experiences for Arabic-speaking audiences.
That background shaped THE LUNO's model: understand how the business makes money, understand how the buyer decides, then build the brand around that reality.
At THE LUNO, Luai stays close to positioning, offer architecture, creative direction, conversion logic and the final standard of what ships.

The people behind the standard
TASTE, DISCIPLINE AND EXECUTION, IN ONE ROOM.
Nothing is handed to a stranger. Every brief is read in this room, and nothing leaves it that we would not put our own name on.
The goal is not to make a founder dependent on the house. It is to leave them with a brand that can operate with confidence after the house steps away.
Who we are
THE LUNO builds the whole surface a business is judged on — the position, the identity, the website, the store, the photography, the film and the feed — inside one house with one point of view.
We work with owners who are already good at what they sell and are being priced as if they were not. Our job is to close the distance between the quality of the work and the way it looks from the outside.

Every asset that leaves this house is traceable to the same system.
A logo is one sixth of an identity. The other five are what make it hold together across a year of output.

One house
Position, identity, web, store, photography, film and feed are decided at the same table — which is why they still agree with each other a year later.
What we do
Position, then build, then produce, then run. Skipping the first step is why most brands look expensive for one month and generic by the third.

Each node feeds the next. Nothing is produced before the position it is meant to prove exists on paper.
From the first commercial interview to the handover of the files you own outright.
Our own surface is black and gold. A client's never has to be — the range is the argument.
Chapter one
Twenty-two positions, read as one move.
Chapter two
From strategy to launch, in order.
The house, in order
2019
The idea that a serious business should look cheaper than it is because branding, web, photography and content live in four different places.
2020
A single black-and-gold system built for our own house, then proven on the first clients willing to bet on a studio with no case studies yet.
2022
Position, identity, production and distribution formalised into one repeatable process — the one every project still runs through today.
Today
Every brief is still read by the same two people. Nothing leaves this house that we would not put our own name on.
What we hold to
We start from how the business makes money, not from a mood board.
If the buyer has to decode it, it is not finished.
Volume without a system only multiplies the confusion.
Every claim carries a number, a case or a visual.
Files, rules and templates leave with you, outright.
For
For founders who care about what the business means, not only how it looks.
Not for
Not for businesses looking for the cheapest isolated deliverable, copied trends or instant volume without strategy.
